After an intensive development phase, the day has finally arrived: the new Massoth Control Center (MCC) is now available.
With the MCC, Massoth introduces a modern software platform for the control, programming, and management of digital model railway layouts. Designed as the central hub of the Massoth digital ecosystem, the MCC combines a wide range of functions within a powerful and user-friendly interface.
At the heart of the software is the integrated Track Diagram Control Panel, allowing users to create graphical track layouts and operate their railway in real time. Turnouts, signals, and other components can be controlled directly with a mouse click. Thanks to the clear separation between Editor Mode and Operation Mode, configuration and day-to-day operation remain intuitive and secure.
In addition to the Track Diagram Control Panel, the MCC includes several practical tools, such as locomotive and turnout test boards, a convenient CV Programmer, backup functions for the DiMAX Navigator, and the new Sound Manager for Massoth’s latest 16-bit sound technology.
Communication between the PC and the layout is handled via the DiMAX PC Module III, which serves as the central interface. At the same time, a new firmware update for the DiMAX PC Module III is being released to ensure full compatibility with the MCC.
Today’s release marks the first stage of the Massoth Control Center platform. While the software already offers extensive functionality for layout control, programming, and maintenance, additional features and enhancements are already in development and will be introduced through future updates.
