Description

The new DiMAX PC Module III is the completely redesigned successor to the proven 8175201 DiMAX PC Module USB (DC) and offers numerous improvements for an even more stable and powerful connection between your DiMAX central station and your PC.

The completely newly developed power output stage ensures maximum operational reliability – even under the most demanding conditions. In addition, the module now supports the new UltraFastUpdate feature, enabling firmware updates of decoders and components in record time. For the first time, the PC Module also includes an integrated SUSI interface, allowing additional applications and service functions. The power supply has been optimized as well: the module now features a robust DC socket for direct connection of a power supply – the previous open terminal connection has been replaced.

The DiMAX PC Module III serves as the central communication interface between your model railway system and your computer. It enables:

• Programming and service functions for all Massoth decoders and modules
• Firmware updates for the central station, handheld controllers, feedback modules, locomotive, function, and switch decoders
• Backup and restore functions via the Massoth Service Tool (MST)
• Diagnostic and test functions for all system components

This makes the PC Module III the ideal foundation for professional system maintenance, decoder programming, system diagnostics, and future extensions.
In addition to the well-known Massoth Service Tool (MST), a completely new, expanded PC software will soon be available – designed specifically for the new module with a significantly extended range of functions.

The module connects easily to any Windows PC via USB 2.0 and is fully backward compatible with existing DiMAX systems.
